To address nicotine addiction, including the youth e-cigarette epidemic, it’s important to use a comprehensive approach that includes multiple strategies. The American Lung Association and other public health groups, like the Nicotine Prevention Alliance, support this approach in communities. To prevent youth from using nicotine, it’s essential to use a variety of strategies that work together to create change at the community level. While each resource in this guide can be helpful on its own, they will be most effective when used in combination.
